Serving the communities of Truckee, Northstar, Donner Lake and everywhere between.

My hourly rate is $145.00 with a 1 hour minimum. Travel time is charged only for the first visit, at the rate of a 15 minute flat fee. Contract bid work can be negotiated. Materials are contractor cost plus 20% for stock items and cost plus 25% for special orders.
